The Fiesta Wagon is Escobar’s on wheels. We roll our teal-and-red cart into your celebration, light it up, and cook everything fresh, right at your venue. Steaks seared and carved in front of your Patrons, smoked meats finished on the grill, pastas tossed hot, rice steamed on the spot. You just enjoy the party. We take care of the happiness.

Included in every package

  • Team on site: our Hermanos and Hermanas (grill masters, barista and service crew), sized to your event
  • Cooked on site: everything, from the grill, smoked meats, pasta, rice and sides to coffee
  • Coffee Corner: barista station included; drinks billed per cup
  • Serving set: chafing dishes, serving ware, buffet table dressing
  • Patron points: earn 1 point per ₱1,000 spent

How the minimum bill works: your package is fully consumable. Every peso goes to food and drinks from the Fiesta Wagon menu at the prices listed. If your order is below the minimum, the minimum bill applies. Anything above it is simply added to your bill. The mobilization fee is charged separately, on top of the minimum bill. Personalized tarpaulin for Feliz is available as an add-on; ask us for the current rate.

Booking guide

Booking window and deposit

  • Book at least 7 days before your event. Weekends and holidays fill up fast, so book early to get your date.
  • Your date is locked only once your 50% deposit is received. Dates are first come, first served.
  • Final menu and headcount are due 5 days before the event. The balance is due 3 days before the event.
  • The Fiesta Wagon is dispatched from our company-owned branches and serves Metro Manila and nearby areas.
  • The mobilization fee covers the Wagon, our truck, LPG, cooking equipment and setup crew. It is charged on top of your minimum bill and is not consumable.

    All packages

  • Distance is measured from the nearest dispatching branch.
  • Parking, entry, venue or corkage fees charged by your venue are shouldered by the Patron.
  • A flat, open-air or well-ventilated 3 m × 5 m space for the Wagon and cooking station, plus room for a buffet table.
  • Your venue must allow LPG and open-flame cooking. Please check with your venue before booking; many malls, hotels and condominiums do not.
  • Access to one 220V power outlet within 15 meters, and venue access 2 hours before service for setup and 60 minutes after for pack-up.
  • For the personalized tarpaulin: your photo and text at least 5 days before the event.
  • Need more time? Each extra hour of service is ₱1,500, subject to team availability on the day.
  • You can add more food and drinks on site; additions are billed at Fiesta Wagon menu prices.
  • Moving your date 5 days or more before the event: your deposit moves with you, once, within 60 days.
  • Cancelling less than 5 days before the event: the deposit covers food already prepared and is non-refundable.
  • Once the Wagon has left our branch, the mobilization fee is non-refundable.
  • If bad weather or an emergency stops us from serving safely, we will move your date at no cost.
