Escobar’s Philippines Inc. (“Escobar’s”, “we”) runs the Fiesta Wagon and this website, wagon.escobars.ph. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it.

1. What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect:

  • your name, email address and mobile number;
  • your event details: occasion, date and time, number of guests, venue name and address, package, and whether your venue allows LPG and open-flame cooking;
  • allergy or dietary notes and any message you add.

Our website also records basic technical information (such as your browser and device type) with your booking request, and uses cookies needed for the site to work and load quickly. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

2. Why we use it

We use your information only to:

  • reply to your request, prepare your quote and confirm your booking;
  • plan your event (menu, team, travel, setup) and contact you about it;
  • keep records of bookings and payments;
  • add Patron points to your account, if you are a Patron Club member and ask us to.

We will not sell your information or use it for marketing unless you agree to it separately.

3. Who we share it with

Only with those who help us run the service, and only what they need:

  • our team handling your booking;
  • our website host (Hostinger) and email provider (Google Workspace), which store and send our website data and emails;
  • payment providers, if you pay through them.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and related emails for up to two (2) years after your event, unless we need them longer for accounting, tax or legal reasons. After that we delete them.

5. How we protect it

Booking requests are stored in our website’s administration area and in our booking mailbox, which only authorised staff can access. The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you may object to its use or withdraw your consent. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
